Can I accompany someone to the gate?

Most airlines do give out gate passes, which allow non-ticketed individuals to accompany ticketed passengers past security to the gate. However, gate passes are typically meant, at least officially, for parents of unaccompanied minors, people assisting elderly or disabled passengers, and military families.

How do I know where to pick someone up from the airport?

If you plan to meet them inside the airport, park in short-term parking and wait outside of their terminal. Alternatively, meet them curbside if you dont want to go inside the airport. If you arent able to pick your traveler up, you can schedule a ride to be ready for your arriving party when they land.
